Since deciding to open Paw Pads Academy , it has been Ani’s mission to bring her love for dogs and her experience to pet parents, so that they are equally equipped to handle their dog training needs. Ani was a former Zoology student at Colorado State University, and a recent graduate of Animal Behavior College and most recently Canine Trade Group, a school for dog training professionals.
She has worked with all breeds and all sizes of dogs, and she has also owned them her entire life. Ani has also spent many hours volunteering with the Oklahoma Humane Society.
The cornerstone of her program is communication between pet and owner. It’s taken a long time for us to become experts with communicating with dogs, but it also is what allows her to help owners build relationships with their pets and learn how to speak their language!
Ani offers in-home dog training programs for all of Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. She specializes in the more severe behavior cases, such as aggression and anxiety.
Her main goal with Paw Pads Academy is to keep dogs in their homes and out of shelters or being euthanized. Through her training, she educates owners on how to properly communicate with their dog!
