I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. My commitment to this program has provided me with a formal education in canine obedience training and understanding behavior and its motives. My certification, education and experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train.
Without professional training, it can sometimes be a frustrating relationship that results in re-homing of the dog or worse, euthanasia, but with an investment in good training a wonderful transformation will occur. As much as 60 % of all dogs wind up in animal shelters due to untreated behavior problems amounting to literally millions of dogs being euthanized every year because of behavior problems, many of which could be treated.
