I’ve been a dog trainer my whole life and since completing ABC Dog Trainer program I have been officially training dogs and coaching owners how to better understand each other and strengthen the bond between human and dog.
I value one-on-one sessions, which allow me to guide owners and dogs in their own environment and as such gives me the advantage of tailoring the training program to the specific needs of each individual. However I also greatly enjoy and appreciate the class format, which gives people the opportunity to learn together and from each other, and gives everyone the chance to experience different behaviors which might not be immediately visible in private lessons.
Since mentoring under Kim Schiro from Kim’s Dog Coaching, I’ve also gotten into competition Rally Obedience. I find it a very rewarding activity with my dog and we are currently working on our Advanced title.
