The school also hosted a contest where participants who adopted a shelter cat were invited to fill in the blanks: I adopted a shelter cat named [insert your cat’s name] and he/she changed my life in the following ways [enter your reasons]. The participant who told the most compelling story won a $50 mystery gift and a $250 discount for enrollment in ABC’s Cat Training Program.
