Daylight’s Fading… Five Tips To Help!

In just over two weeks (11/4), we’ll set our clocks back an hour and return to Standard Daylight Time. The good news is we’ll get an extra hour of sleep in the process. The bad news is that we’ll lose an hour of sunlight at the end of the day. Combined with the fact that days are getting shorter anyway, this could squeeze the time you and your Furry Friends have for walking, playing and other activities after work in the evening. Grab what you can while you can! We’ve got our 5 best exercise, workout and romping tips listed below. Your time is tight. You know what to do. 🙂
