Use of Positive Reinforcement- reward based training designed to motivate participation and encourage dogs to present appropriate behaviors.
*Clicker training
*Obedience training includes focus/eye contact, sit, down, stay, wait, heel, leave it, drop it, find it and recall. Learn fun tricks!
*Housetraining, crate training, house manners and loose leash walking.
*Extinguish inappropriate behaviors such as barking, jumping, chewing household items.
*Puppy “new home” orientation and safety. Teach your dog that privileges are earned with good behavior. Learn how to NOT reinforce bad behavior. Consult for first-time dog owners.
*Has Rufus taken control of your household while you weren’t looking? Regain control and status.
*Individual attention is given to young children to review the DO’s and DON’T’s of owning a pet dog. Children will learn how to approach, handle, play games which are appropriate and learn to recognize dog’s basic body language.
