Welcome to Think Like a Dog, a positive reinforcement-based dog training service based on the North Shore!
During my 15+ years of experience working in dog daycares, shelters, and pet retailers, I developed a fascination with the canine mind, their learning styles, and their involvement in human culture. I am an alumna of Animal Behavior College, and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT), I am a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, as well as Canine CPR/First-Aid Certified.
My goals are to help dog parents to develop a positive, mutually-beneficial, and enriching relationship with their dog, to problem solve, and teach new behaviors through positive reinforcement and reward-based training, owner education, and many treats!
I am based out of Salem, MA, and I will travel to you for our sessions. I service the following cities/towns: Salem, Peabody, Beverly, Danvers, Topsfield, Hamilton/Wenham, Wakefield, Lynnfield, and Reading. (Please note: I do not service Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, or Nahant at this time).
