Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a certified animal behavior consultant based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I focus on basic and advanced obedience, behavior modification, separation anxiety, and socialization training in the comfort of your own home or backyard. All breeds and sizes are welcome! Together we can help your pet become a well-mannered member of the family.
I am a member of the NAPW,National Association of Professional Women. I graduated from Animal Behavior College with high honors in 2013. After training horses for ten years I started my dog training business. I have owned a trained dogs for more then thirty years before becoming certified.
I have worked with the local shelters, helping with basic training and fear issues, which added in their adoption. Worked with a colleague teaching puppy classes, held at a local veterinary office. I enjoy working with therapy dogs. Before my American Bulldog passed away a year ago, we worked as a team with pet therapy. Five years of service she provided with pre-schoolers in upstate NY, and then the elderly at senior center in CT. Before she passed we worked with the elderly who suffered with Alzheimer’s at a nursing home in CT.
