Good Dogma believes in emphasizing positive reinforcement techniques to train and solve behavior problems. Good Dogma is committed to providing education and communication skills necessary to create a lifelong successful relationship between humans and their canine companions. Good Dogma uses reward-based positive reinforcement methods including treats, lures, and clicker training. We focus on teaching consistent voice and body language practices in order to enhance success.
Founder Lisa Ellman has provided obedience training and behavior modification to dogs and their owners since 1996. Lisa is a Professional Member of APDT and a mentor trainer to students of the Animal Behavior College (ABC). Co-Trainer Vicki Ramos is a graduate of the ABC.
