I am a long-time dog owner and a force-free trainer and I have an in-depth knowledge of the canine industry. I am an ABC Graduate and Mentor trainer and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA)[through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers]. In addition, I have been a Dog trainer with the mega-chain store Petco for over ten years and I volunteer as a foster parent for the non-profit group Bichon Fur Kids.
I specialize in Puppy Socialization & Habituation, Fear & Aggression, Basic & Advanced Obedience, Problem Solving (including potty training, jumping, fearful/excitement urination, and barking). I am able to travel to your home for private lessons.
I am also an active member in the following groups: the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), Association for Professional Dog Trainers (APDT)and The Pet Professional Guild (PPG).
