Congratulations, Quirt – and Thank You, Hank
Every so often, a story comes through that stops you in your tracks. This issue features our ABC & Whitebridge Scholarship winner, Quirt Mebane – an Army veteran whose dog Hank came into his life as a rescue. But as Quirt will tell you, it was really Hank who did the rescuing. I won’t say more … you’ll want to read his full essay yourself. What I will say is: this is exactly why we do what we do. Stories like Quirt’s remind us that the human-animal bond isn’t just something we teach. It changes lives.
New Partnership – Arden Moore
We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership with Arden Moore, one of the most respected pet educators and safety advocates in the field. Through her Pet First Aid 4 U program, ABC graduates who need to renew their Pet CPR Certification will now have access to her top-tier curriculum. It’s the kind of credentialed, practical training that sets our grads apart.
