Animal Behavior College’s Pet Grooming Training Program
Animal Behavior College’s Grooming Instruction Program combines flexible online coursework with real world training opportunities designed to prepare students for careers in professional pet grooming.

Entry Requirements for the Coastal Pet Products Scholarship
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Demonstrate financial need
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Meet all admissions and physical requirements outlined in Animal Behavior College’s Grooming Instruction Program Enrollment Agreement
- Agree to accept and apply the scholarship toward enrollment in the Grooming Instruction Program if selected
Scholarship Essay Requirement
Applicants must submit a 300-500 word essay answering the following prompt:
Tell us about your love for animals and how it has inspired you to pursue pet grooming.
This essay is your opportunity to share your passion for animals and explain why pursuing a career as a professional pet groomer is important to your future goals.

Animal Behavior College will review all eligible submissions and select the scholarship recipient based on:
- Eligibility requirements
- Demonstrated financial need
- Essay quality, originality, and passion for the field (AI written submissions will not be considered.)
Scholarship Selection and Announcement
The scholarship recipient will be announced on or before July 30, 2026.
If the selected recipient declines the scholarship or does not meet enrollment requirements, Animal Behavior College reserves the right to select an alternate recipient. All decisions made by Animal Behavior College regarding the scholarship are final.
