Get Your Level 2 Dog Trainer Certification

Take Your Dog Training Skills to the Next Level

By Angela DeLuca, ABCDT-L2

Are you ready to put your dog trainer knowledge to the test? Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Animal Behavior College can help. ABC is proud to offer Level 2 Dog Trainer Certification (ABCDT-L2) for professional trainers. This certification challenges your knowledge and elevates your professional acuity to set you apart from the rest of the pack!

Michele Ryan did just that when she earned her ABCDT-L2 Certification in 2014.

A small business owner, Michele understood the importance of remaining competitive and relevant in today’s ever-challenging pet services industry.

“I’m a business owner of 29 years in both performing arts and dogs; I owe my success to my education and challenging myself every day to be the best I can. Continuing your studies and staying current with different techniques will make you stand out from the rest,” she said.

“What’s great about the Level 2 Certification is that you don’t need to be a graduate from ABC. If you meet the requirements, you may take the test. What I also liked about ABC is that you need to keep up with your education and CEPs. I highly recommend Animal Behavior College Level 2 Certification to anyone who wants to challenge their knowledge and further their career.”

Amy Fischer shared a similar story.

Pursuing her passion to work with dogs, Amy graduated and was certified through Animal Behavior College’s Dog Obedience Program in 2011. Three years later, she decided to take her training skills to the next level by challenging her knowledge and pursuing her goal of earning an ABCDT-L2 certification.

“The ABCDT-L2 exam was a great way to test ‘myself’ on what I have been teaching my clients over the years,” Amy recalled. “It was challenging and it really makes you think. I’m always looking to learn up-to-date techniques and sharpen my skills as a trainer. I highly recommend if you are an ABC graduate that you take this exam [so you can] be the best you can be.”

Animal Behavior College helped these professional trainers take their careers to the next step by challenging their knowledge and sharpening their skills so they remain competitive.
