I plan on mastering my breed cuts; the Bichon and Black Russian Terrier are the two I see most in the shop that I want to master.

  • What animal or person most inspired you to pursue a career in the animal industry?

My mother-in-law and husband were the most supportive of my pursuing my dog grooming career. They always wanted me to chase my dreams.

  • When and how did you know that you’d be a success in the pet industry?

I knew I would be a success in dog grooming because despite my first shop experience, I was still motivated to groom. I love my job as a groomer and I have found the shop that works for me.

  • What are your plans for the future?

My plans for the future are to enjoy grooming where I am at and in an opportunity presents itself to where I can open my own business Id like to do so some day.
